Job summary

Addison Group is recruiting a Systems Analyst for an energy-sector client in Oklahoma City. The role provides Level 1 and Level 2 support for business-critical applications, troubleshoots production issues, and coordinates with internal teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise applications, SQL databases, and reporting platforms like Power BI or SSRS, plus familiarity with production operations and hydrocarbon accounting processes.

Qualifications

Experience in Systems Analysis, Application Support, Production Support, or a related IT role.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.
Familiarity with ProCount, eVIN, Cygnet, Carte, WellView, SAP, Field Operator, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 application support, resolving day-to-day technical issues and escalating more complex problems as needed.
Troubleshoot and support applications including IFS/P2 ProCount and Field Operator.
Investigate application and data issues across systems like ProCount, eVIN, Cygnet, Carte, WellView, SAP and related apps.
Assist with reporting and analytics using ProCount reporting layers, Power BI, Spotfire, SSRS, Crystal Reports, or similar tools.
Use SQL Server and/or Oracle to analyze data and support troubleshooting.
