Addison Group is seeking a senior data developer in Oklahoma City to build real-time data systems and dashboards for field operations in the energy sector. Strong SQL, Power BI, Spotfire, and Databricks expertise are essential to connect legacy data with modern analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a data analyst or data systems analyst role.
• 2+ years in the oil & gas industry.
• Strong SQL expertise; this is the most critical skill.
• Proficiency in Power BI as the primary reporting tool.
• Hands-on experience with Spotfire for dashboards.
• Familiarity with Databricks and modern data lakehouse environments.
• Experience with Aries, Allegro, Quorum, SAP, WellView, SiteView, or ProCount.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and validate data from upstream systems using SQL.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Spotfire.
• Collaborate with drilling, completions, and production teams to gather requirements.
• Leverage Databricks to streamline large data workflows and analytics.
• Work cross-functionally to enhance data reliability and governance.
• Document data processes, dashboards, and workflows for clarity and repeatability.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
