Job summary

APS Bank plc seeks a Senior IT Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and support large-scale initiatives with the Solution Architect. The role emphasizes designing technology solutions and refining system changes while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.

The candidate will mentor colleagues, prepare technical documentation, and drive improvements in system analysis processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Three years of experience in Systems Analysis or similar role.
• Experience in software development with languages such as C#, JavaScript and/or Python.
• Experience with PL/SQL and T-SQL database querying.
• Experience using CI/CD pipelines and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager and team lead by sharing technical expertise on solutions.
• Define and update System Analysis processes and procedures.
• Create effective technical documentation for requirements.
• Ensure completeness of technical requirements and architecture analysis.
• Provide alternative technical solutions to challenges; align with policy and EA framework.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate across the business.
