IntelliPro is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst & Build Engineer to bridge business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in related disciplines, hands-on CI/CD with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, IaC with Terraform/Ansible, and strong scripting in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or YAML.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, DevOps, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
• Strong ability to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Hands-on with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms like Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or IaC.
• Strong scripting skills: PowerShell, Python, Bash, YAML.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production.
• Strong SQL and Oracle knowledge.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and data interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, validate, and manage business and technical requirements.
• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog management, sprint planning, and releases.
• Support production applications, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate upgrades.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Automate build, test, deploy, provisioning, and configuration processes.
• Work with Azure and AWS cloud/hybrid environments.
• Support integrations, APIs, web services, and data interfaces.
• Use SQL and Oracle for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Develop automation scripts in PowerShell, Python, Bash, and YAML.
• Contribute to DevSecOps, monitoring, and security automation.
• Create technical documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
