Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design and support enterprise IT systems in a hybrid environment. This hands-on role requires expertise in Microsoft Azure, Windows environments, and complex IT issue resolution.

The candidate will manage system health, lead initiatives across hybrid and cloud platforms, and provide mentorship to IT teams. The position offers a hybrid work week of 3 days in-person and 2 days remote, at our New Kensington, PA plant.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in delivering enterprise IT solutions end-to-end.
• Deep experience with Microsoft 365, including Entra ID and Teams.
• Strong experience in hybrid, multi-tenant, and cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and support hybrid architectures across cloud and on-premises.
• Monitor system health and implement permanent fixes for uptime.
• Lead enterprise initiatives such as system migrations and upgrades.
