Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, MIS or related field preferred.
• Six+ years of relevant experience in technology delivery.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence and prioritize.
• Insurance/financial services knowledge a plus.
• Experience managing requirements lifecycle with facilitation and elicitation.

• Understand business needs and translate them into solution requirements.
• Lead or partner with stakeholders to align requirements to architecture.
• Facilitate and manage the requirements lifecycle.
• Ensure secure software and systems engineering practices.
• Develop and maintain requirements artifacts and traceability.
