Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Systems Analyst for an onsite role in Durham, NC. You will bridge business, product, and development teams to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks and lead analysis efforts across various projects.

The ideal candidate has extensive systems analysis experience, strong SQL and data mapping skills, and deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Eligibility to work in the US and W2 employment status are required.

Qualifications

17+ years of systems analysis experience, including requirements gathering, design, SQL, and data mapping.
Proven experience supporting Workplace Investing and Defined Contribution initiatives.
Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Ability to partner effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Eligibility to work in the US and W2 employment status.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary liaison between business, product, and development teams to interpret complex requirements into actionable tasks.
Lead systems analysis efforts for various projects, ensuring deliverables align with strategic goals.
Support the release management process, coordinating activities and managing interdependencies across teams.
