You will create and drive Scrum stories, analyze data, and produce process flows and use cases in collaboration with QA and development teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in systems analysis methodologies (analysis, mapping, flowcharts, story writing, documentation, UAT).
• Strong SQL general database skills; experience building queries.
• Experience analyzing and working with RESTful services/APIs.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Support and manage the product backlog with product leadership.
• Create and drive Scrum stories through completion in collaboration with QA and development teams.
• Perform data analysis and mapping; identify patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Produce artifacts such as process flows, use cases, UML sequencing, and documentation.
• Build and execute test scenarios; support UAT and validation of solution effectiveness.
• Coordinate across cross-functional partners to define features and deliverables.
