Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Systems Analyst for an onsite role in Dallas, TX. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into system specs, and manage the backlog in an Agile environment.

You should have strong SQL, RESTful API experience, and excellent communication skills. The role requires collaboration with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to define features and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in systems analysis methodologies (analysis, mapping, flowcharts, story writing, documentation, UAT)
• Strong SQL / general database skills; experience building queries
• Experience analyzing and working with RESTful services/APIs
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Translate business needs into system requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Support and manage the product backlog with product leadership
• Create and drive Scrum stories through completion in collaboration with QA and development teams
• Perform data analysis and mapping; identify patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Produce artifacts such as process flows, use cases, UML sequencing, and documentation
• Build and execute test scenarios; support UAT and validation of solution effectiveness
• Coordinate across cross-functional partners (e.g., IT, Legal, Compliance, Risk) to define features and deliverables
