Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Aurora, Colorado, seeks a Systems Administrator - Level 5 to manage Linux/Windows systems on large government contracts. You will handle VMware and NAS storage, support cyber security, and ensure RMF/STIG compliance in a sensitive environment.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, and a strong background in Red Hat Linux, AD, and NetApp storage. In-person work in Aurora is expected with occasional travel and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of IT experience; Master’s degree with 10 years of IT experience.
• Active/top Secret/SCI clearance with adjudicated Full Scope Polygraph at start.
• Server administration experience with Linux (RHEL preferred) and Windows.
• VMware administration and NAS storage (NetApp) experience.
• DOD 8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform Linux and Windows system administration on large government contracts.
• Administer VMware technologies and NAS storage systems.
• Maintain security auditing, logging, and RMF/STIG compliance.
• Support Cyber Security team and report project status as required.
