Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a senior technical leader to drive complex system solutions and strategic upgrades. This role focuses on architecture, capacity planning, and performance optimization for client-server environments.

You will mentor staff, provide expert guidance on installations, and collaborate with business development on project estimates, with remote-based work across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field preferred.
• Nine+ years of technical experience in a client-server environment.
• Experience with highly complex system administration, database administration and landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with client management to formulate complex technical solutions.
• Evaluates products and upgrades for appropriateness and oversees upgrade strategies.
• Leads design, implementation, and maintenance of complex solutions and coordinates with other technical personnel.
• Develops system standards, thresholds, and recommendations to maximize performance.
• Conducts capacity planning reviews and approves plans by others.
• Develops strategies to manage patch application frequency and monitors DB maintenance.
