Job summary

Kaizen Approach, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a secure government IT environment.

You will manage server, storage, network, and mobile systems, provide Tier 1–3 troubleshooting, coordinate escalations, and ensure reliability across UNIX, Linux, and Windows platforms. Responsibilities include configuration management, ICAM-compliant operations, vulnerability scanning, IAVA patching, and close coordination with ISSO/ISO.

Qualifications

• Must have comprehensive support for implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems including daily configuration and operations.
• Must perform Tier 1–3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution with escalation support as needed.
• Must manage accounts and ensure ICAM compliance; support security controls and vulnerability scans.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–3 troubleshooting and problem resolution for IT systems.
• Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
• Implement enhancements to improve system performance and reliability; coordinate with ISSO/ISO on system changes.
