Job summary

Investco in Sumner, WA is seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator to manage IT infrastructure across multiple sites. You will deploy, configure, monitor, and optimize systems, drive security initiatives, and develop IT policies as a senior technical resource.

You will collaborate with operations leadership and the Sr. Systems Engineer to support regional offices and ensure reliable, secure IT operations. On-site role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 6+ years in systems administration or IT infrastructure related roles.
• Experience in multi-tenant IT environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across regional environments via video, phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, servers, and IT infrastructure for all locations.
• Administer and configure enterprise applications and endpoints.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices and incident response processes.
• Develop IT policies and security protocols, and enforce usage guidelines.
• Collaborate with teams to plan IT projects, upgrades, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; maintain asset inventory.
• Travel to regional offices as needed to support infrastructure needs.
