Job summary

Lahlouh Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to maintain on‑premises and private cloud infrastructure across multiple sites in the Bay Area and Ohio. You will manage servers, virtualization, storage, backups, and security, partnering with vendors and stakeholders to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires hands‑on expertise, independent work style, and ability to handle competing priorities in a lean IT team. Strong documentation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on systems administration experience in production or multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and GP.
• Experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi virtualization.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls.
• Experience with SAN/NAS storage management; NetApp preferred.
• Microsoft 365 administration: Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID.
• Backup and recovery experience; Veeam preferred.
• SSL/TLS certificate management across domains.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, AD, DNS, DHCP, and GP across all sites.
• Manage VMware vSphere/ESXi virtualization including provisioning, patching, capacity planning, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain NetApp SAN/NAS storage; monitor capacity, upgrades, and backups integrity.
• Oversee Veeam backup and replication jobs; validate recovery procedures and runbooks.
• Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Manage end-user systems, imaging, deployment, and hardware lifecycle across sites.
• Administer SSL/TLS certificates; coordinate renewals across domains.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation including diagrams and runbooks.
• Provide escalated IT support to end users and staff across sites.
