Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or equivalent role.
• Hands-on with Linux and Windows servers in hybrid environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online.
• Proficient in identity management, endpoint security, monitoring & alerting.
• Excellent writing and communication; documentation-driven.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain on‑prem infrastructure (Linux/Windows).
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Manage identity, access, and security across hybrid environments.
• Monitor and alert using Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Azure Monitor.
• Support engineering software and simulation workloads (CAD/CAE) on Windows & Linux.
• Automate workflows with PowerShell and Python; implement ITSM processes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deploy critical infrastructure and apps.
• Contribute to incident, change, and configuration management.
• Provide helpdesk support and maintain thorough documentation.
