Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years IT experience, with Office 365 administration focus.
• Strong AD, M365, Azure skills and server management capabilities.
• Experience with licensing, groups, and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and secure the server environment and Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve incidents and analyze issues.
• Maintain, upgrade, and implement components of Microsoft 365 environments.
• Plan enhancements to M365, including licensing and Azure AD.
• Operate mail gateways, spam filtering, and related security tools.
• Install and configure new servers as required.
• Document setup, configuration, and procedures.
• Manage user licenses and access; coordinate ticket queues.
• Other duties as assigned.
