Job summary

Relativity Space in Long Beach seeks a senior Linux/Windows Systems Administrator to strengthen reliability and performance across on‑prem and cloud environments (Azure/GCP). You’ll own Linux administration, contribute to AD/DNS/DHCP, and ensure data protection with enterprise backup tools while mentoring junior admins and collaborating with senior engineers.

The role supports Terran R manufacturing and engineering ops, with a focus on automation, documentation, and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive Linux and Windows systems administration experience in enterprise or mission‑critical environments.
• Deep expertise in Linux systems administration, including configuration management, patching, and performance tuning.
• Advanced understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise backup solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the reliability, scalability, and performance of Relativity’s infrastructure platforms in Long Beach.
• Take ownership of Linux systems administration—deploying, configuring, automating, and maintaining production systems across on‑prem and cloud environments (Azure/GCP).
• Provide advanced support for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Enterprise Backups, ensuring uptime and data protection (AS9100).
• Mentor junior administrators and standardize day‑to‑day tasks while cooperating with senior engineers.
