Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the creation, development, and optimization of Systems Engineering processes across the company to enable a product-focused culture.

Daily activities include identifying process pain points, partnering with the Software & IT teams, and prototyping, implementing, and rolling out solutions that enhance design, testing, and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience is required.
• Proven track record of developing and rolling out department- or company-wide processes.
• Experience working with IT and DevOps teams to create tools.
• At least one full lifecycle experience from concept to completion for either process or tool development.

Responsibilities

• Identify pain points in existing processes and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Software & IT to brainstorm and prioritize solutions.
• Prototype, implement, and roll out processes, tools, and automation to improve design and test collaboration.
