Job summary

Office of the New York City Comptroller is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to manage AD provisioning, MECM/Intune deployments, and MS 365 administration in a secure, multi-system environment.

You will provide Tier 2 IT support, maintain security configurations, and support print and fax solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams within the Bureau of Information Systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications require either a technical certificate (~675 hours) with two years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree with three years experience, or a high school diploma with four years experience, or an equivalent combination with at least two years in a similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft server administration is preferred (MCSA), MECM/Intune, Active Directory, Windows OS, and Office 365.
• Strong security, scripting (PowerShell), and ability to work in a team environment are expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory provisioning and security administration for agency systems.
• Administer MECM/Intune deployments and patch management for servers and clients.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online and licensing.
• Administer the local security and print/fax solutions; assist with network security policies and Tier 2 support.
• Support PowerShell scripting integration with MS365 and SQL Server; participate in architectural enhancements.
