Job summary

Phaxis in New York seeks a skilled IT Administrator to manage and secure Windows infrastructure, focusing on Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 with responsibilities spanning user management, mailbox administration, licensing, and access controls.

You will develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks, oversee Intune-based patching, monitor system health, and troubleshoot authentication and connectivity issues.

Qualifications

• Experience administering AD, Exchange, and O365 environments.
• Proficient in scripting with PowerShell and automating routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory and related objects (users, groups, permissions).
• Manage Microsoft Exchange mail flow, mailboxes, and groups.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 licensing, accounts, and access security.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate admin tasks.
• Manage Windows endpoint patching via Intune and monitor systems.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, and service issues across services.
• Enforce security and compliance policies across AD, Intune, and M365.
