Job summary

Office of the New York City Comptroller’s Office, based in New York City, seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to manage Active Directory provisioning, Office 365 administration, endpoint management, and security updates across agency systems.

You will lead MECM/Intune deployments, manage Exchange Online licensing and permissions, monitor threats, and provide Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include a technical certificate with 2 years of related computer operations experience or a bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience or a HS diploma with 4 years experience; or a combination.
• Strong AD, MECM/Intune, O365, and Windows expertise.
• Experience with security controls and patch management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Active Directory provisioning and security administration.
• Administer Endpoint Manager (MECM) and Intune deployments for servers and workstations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online licensing and permissions.
• Monitor security and perform updates; respond to incidents and outages.
• Provide Tier 2 IT support for service desk incidents and security events.
• Assist in Print/Fax solutions, PowerShell scripting, and general IT operations.
