Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Support day-to-day IT operations across client/server/storage/network/mobile devices.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Assist with the dispatch system and hardware issues through the resolution process.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and network components.
• Implement operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
