Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to monitor and support multi-discipline IT infrastructures and applications. You will perform planning, design, evaluation of IT tools, and respond to user requests with limited supervision.

The role requires 4-6 years of IT experience, advanced Windows/Office365/SharePoint/Teams knowledge, and cloud infrastructure exposure. A degree in IT/CS or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or related IT field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and products (Windows, Windows Servers, Office365, SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, digital workspace and storage technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and supports IT infrastructures and systems.
• Conducts moderately complex analysis including planning, designing and evaluating IT tools.
• Responds to user requests for system needs and upgrades.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Implements standards for computer operations and compatibility.
