Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of related experience.
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Knowledge of project management, mentoring, negotiation skills, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical guidance and oversight for server administration and security.
• Configures and maintains large, complex servers and performs performance analyses.
• Coordinates system audits, logs analysis, backup and disaster recovery planning.
• Offers Tier III technical support and coordinates large hardware/software purchases.
• Leads project work plans and coordinates resources for successful implementations.
