Job summary

UnityBPO is seeking a Systems Administrator II to support our healthcare IT infrastructure. You will manage Windows servers, AD, and networking while administering virtualization and cloud services. The role involves SCCM, RMM tooling, and VDI support in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of technical IT support in a professional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience accepted.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Perform Windows Server administration duties and maintain infrastructure health.
• Administer virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V) and cloud services (O365/Azure, AWS).
• Manage MSP tools (ConnectWise RMM) and software deployments via SCCM.
• Provide desktop and VDI support; troubleshoot laptops, printers, and network issues.
• Implement security and Active Directory governance; configure DNS/DHCP and group policy.
