Job summary

Flynn Group seeks a Systems Administrator III to ensure stability, security, and scalability of enterprise infrastructure across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will mentor junior admins, lead modernization initiatives, and drive automation and efficiency through scripting.

The role requires deep expertise in Windows Server, AD, DNS, PowerShell, and experience with O365/Exchange Online, Azure, and Intune. On-call presence and hybrid work flexibility are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years’ experience administrating and managing enterprise server systems including cloud/virtual solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and services (DNS, Active Directory, PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Lead critical incidents with escalation and post-incident analysis.
• Design and maintain on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Mentor junior admins and promote cloud adoption and best practices.
• Automate and script to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with security, applications, and business stakeholders.
