Flynn Group is seeking a Systems Administrator III to ensure stability, security, and scalability of enterprise infrastructure across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will lead critical incidents, mentor junior admins, and drive modernization with modern cloud technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience administering enterprise server systems including cloud/virtual solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, DNS, Active Directory, and PowerShell; experience with O365/Azure/Intune.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and escalation point for critical incidents, including post-incident analysis.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Lead upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and improvement initiatives across platforms.
• Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain technical standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Mentor junior/mid-level administrators and support knowledge sharing across the team.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support.
