Job summary

Copperhead Technologies, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to sustain USSOCOM SOCRATES enterprise network operations in a high-security environment.

The role covers Tier III systems administration, ESRI ArcGIS environment support, and hardening with STIGs across servers, storage, and VMware infrastructure. Travel and overseas assignments may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of enterprise systems administration experience.
• Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
• Minimum five years of Microsoft Windows Server administration in an enterprise environment.
• Experience configuring, deploying, and managing VMware solutions.
• Proficiency in storage and networking administration.
• Familiarity with STIGs and DoD security guidelines.
• Strong troubleshooting across server, storage, and networking.
• Ability to work independently with program office and engineering staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication for documentation and coordination.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage servers, storage, and virtualization infrastructure to support USSOCOM tasks.
• Administer ESRI ArcGIS Advanced Server and ArcGIS Pro environments as required.
• Hardening systems per DoD STIGs and provide ongoing storage/network support.
• Coordinate with PMO/IA and enterprise teams on system administration tasks.
