Copperhead Technologies, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks a qualified SOCRATES and SGE Trainer to develop and support training for the USSOCOM SOCRATES Enterprise Architecture. The role includes new user training, refresher training, and specific application training, with PKI account and certification management. Extensive travel to overseas locations is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

SGE Training: Development and support of SGE training on operating the SGE capability.
One-On-One Training: Providing one-on-one training for SOCRATES applications.
Group Training: Coordination and support of group training to be offered and scheduled at USSOCOM HQ.
Mobile Training: Support Mobile Training Team (MTT) requests from TSOCs, Components, and other SOF locations across the Globe.
Application Testing: Testing of new applications and updates to current applications being integrated into the SOF SOCRATES Enterprise.

Copperhead Technologies, an operating firm of Command Holdings is seeking a qualified SOCRATES and SGE Trainer in support of the USSOCOM SOCRATES mission. This position is responsible for developing and supporting training requirements for the USSOCOM SOCRATES Enterprise Architecture. Support will include new user training, refresher training, specific application training, SOF Geospatial Enterprise (SGE) training, and mission tailored training using SOCRATES baseline and above-baseline applications. In addition, the contract will assist users in account, token, and certification creation/management. The trainer will assist with the creation and management of training plans and will ensure a high-level proficiency of SOCRATES and the SGE.

Key Responsibilities May Include But Are Not Limited To

SGE Training: Development and support of SGE training on operating the SGE capability. This training will include the use of ESRI products, inputting data, publishing data, and developing briefings based on SGE.
One-On-One Training: Providing one-on-one training for SOCRATES applications.
Group Training: Coordination and support of group training to be offered and scheduled at USSOCOM HQ.
Mobile Training: As needed, the trainer shall support Mobile Training Team (MTT) requests from TSOCs, Components, and other SOF locations across the Globe.
Application Testing: As needed, the trainer shall perform testing of new applications and updates to current applications being integrated into the SOF SOCRATES Enterprise.
Remedy Support: Able to access requests and contact users for associated PKI issues.

Work Environment

Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Ability to work in confined areas.

Physical Demands

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel

11-20% / Occasional travel expected: offsites, meetings, training, a conference.
This position may require travel to remote overseas locations for extended periods of time.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Training or Intelligence.
Proficiency with delivering user training in various settings.
Must be able to travel to remote overseas locations for extended periods of time.
Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
Professional proficiency in English is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
