Job summary

Copperhead Technologies, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to support USSOCOM SOCRATES. The role delivers advanced Tier III systems administration in a high-security DoD IT environment, including VMware, Windows Server, storage, and ArcGIS environments.

The position requires ESRI ArcGIS expertise, STIG hardening, and coordination with PMO and IA teams. Travel is 11–20%, with potential overseas assignments and a support-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific, or technical discipline or 5 years of enterprise IT admin experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering Microsoft Windows Server in an enterprise environment.
• Experience configuring, deploying, and managing VMware solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, and virtualization infrastructure.
• Administer ESRI ArcGIS environments (ArcGIS Pro/Advanced Server) per requirements.
• Harden systems with DoD STIGs and provide storage and network support.
