Job summary

Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) seeks a Systems Administrator in Pearl City, Hawaii, to support USPACOM J76 at K. Mark Takai Pacific Warfighting Center.

You will maintain and upgrade cloud and on-prem IT infrastructure in an enterprise setting, ensuring security, compliance, and reliable operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 9+ years of related experience; 4 years can substitute for degree.
• Foundational knowledge of DHCP, DNS, SMTP, and related networks.
• Foundational knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server, Linux, ESXi.
• Foundational knowledge of security in a DoD environment: STIGs, GPOs, SCAP, FedRAMP.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud technologies and hybrid IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide level I and II systems support to Helpdesk and staff.
• Create and manage user/group accounts across enclaves.
• Create and maintain baseline system images and configuration (MECM).
• Apply patches, STIGs, and conduct regression tests.
• Provide cloud engineering support: Entra, Intune, Azure, M365.
• Monitor backups, cloud consumption, and hardware health.
• Update system/network diagrams and write SOPs.
