Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience.
• Four+ years of enterprise server infrastructure experience.
• Four+ years of enterprise directory services experience.
• Four+ years of enterprise cloud infrastructure experience.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting; certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain enterprise servers, OS, virtualization, directory services, and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor performance, availability, security; troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Manage updates, patches, backups, and configurations for reliable operations.
• Support system integrations, account management, and access controls.
• Design and implement moderately complex infrastructure solutions; deploy upgrades and automation.
