Qualifications

• Manage Linux and Windows server and network infrastructure.
• Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, security, and automation toward cloud.
• Handle OS installation, patching and upgrades.
• Write shell scripts to automate routine tasks (Bash/PowerShell/Python).
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot performance and availability issues.
• Manage security and log management in line with compliance standards.
• Support backup and disaster recovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents with internal and client teams; perform root cause analyses and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure; prepare assessment reports and support due diligence.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions and create technical documentation.
• Coordinate release schedules, deployment readiness, post-deployment testing and version control.
• Plan maintenance, emergency fixes, and upgrades to ensure seamless integration.
• Analyze performance data and coordinate capacity planning for optimization.
• Conduct security checks and continuity planning to maintain standards.
• Identify automation opportunities and propose process improvements.
• Liaise with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams to document project requirements.
