Infosys Cloud unit seeks an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to drive hands-on IT infrastructure design, incident resolution, and project collaboration. You will work across internal and client teams to assess infrastructures, plan scalable solutions, and support deployments with thorough documentation.

The role emphasizes security, performance tuning, and adherence to standards, with relocation and travel as needed. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, with US work authorization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience can substitute for each year of education.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship is required.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, prepare actionable assessment reports, and document maturity and improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions and develop technical documentation for deployed systems.
• Coordinate release schedules, deployments, post-deployment testing, and version control.
