Job summary

Palmetto Clean Technology seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to own and evolve our Core Systems in a cloud‑first environment. You will lead SaaS apps, API integrations, and automation while mentoring teammates.

This role emphasizes security, scalability, and operational excellence in a fast‑growing company. You will drive IT‑driven AI initiatives, partner with leadership on change management, and ensure governance and documentation across systems.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in Systems Administration or IT Engineering.
• Hands‑on SaaS administration and ecosystem management.
• Experience with API integrations and middleware platforms.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management).
• Experience with identity management (SSO, SAML, SCIM) and ITSM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator and technical owner for key business systems.
• Architect and lead Core Systems projects to improve operations.
• Design scalable integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Develop automation for onboarding, offboarding, and support processes.
• Lead IT-related AI initiatives and drive governance and documentation.
