The role involves providing multi-level system administration and technical support for Windows, Linux, and VMware operating systems with minimal supervision. This position oversees the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, ensure the security and efficiency of systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to users. This position leads a team of system administrators and collaborate with other IT professionals to implement and optimize technology solutions. As a technical lead, the position requires providing historical knowledge and guidance on projects, procedures, daily activities, on-call duties, team interactions, scheduling, and documentation to subordinates. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of CNM's computing infrastructure. Requires in-person work and current residency in the Albuquerque area.
