Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or related field and 2 years of work experience, OR an Associate’s degree with 2–4 years experience, OR six years direct IT experience with certs.
• Combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier support for Microsoft, Linux, and VMware operating systems and services.
• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software for a stable computing environment.
• Develop and maintain data backup infrastructure and disaster recovery solutions.
• Manage user and group accounts and access rights for IT staff and end users.
• Update software and system configurations regularly and respond to vulnerabilities.
