Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance and recent clearance in last 5 years.
• Proven leadership and customer-focused communication.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, modeling and best practices.
• Experience with test planning, integration and systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define test requirements and objectives using Systems Engineering principles.
• Develop integration and test documentation (plans, procedures, reports).
• Prepare for and execute Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs).
• Execute AVE integration, test and assembly for development flights.
• Interface with software and systems engineers for integration and test.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers on the On Board Test Equipment team.
• Review test requirements and perform system-level evaluations.
