Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of related experience, or a Master's with 3+ years.
• Experience developing and executing integrated hardware and software testing.
• Experience defining test objectives based on requirements, interfaces, and documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multiple engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize system and test requirements into verification objectives and resources.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and readiness reviews.
• Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment.
• Interface with software and systems engineers for flight hardware integration and test.
• Review plans, procedures, and reports and ensure quality and traceability.
• Execute tests and manage problem resolution; provide status reports.
