Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a Lead System Test Architect Engineer to lead development, validation, and continuous improvement of test methods, tools, and processes across product development. You will design robust, repeatable test methodologies and collaborate with engineering, quality, and regulatory teams.

The ideal candidate has about 10 years of test engineering experience, strong data analysis skills, and proven ability to drive root-cause investigations and test automation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required or equivalent.
• Approx. 10 years of test engineering/verification experience in product development.
• Experience with electromechanical or consumer/industrial products.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and validation of test methods, tools, and processes.
• Define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with design, quality, manufacturing, reliability, and program management.
• Analyze test data, interpret results, and provide recommendations.
• Mentor test engineers and coordinate external testing when needed.
