Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Architect with deep expertise in QA architecture, end-to-end (E2E) testing, and OSS/BSS systems.

This role requires a strategic approach to quality assurance and solution design, with the ability to architect scalable testing frameworks across enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate will translate functional requirements into technical architecture and QA strategy, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the solution lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise QA strategy across OSS/BSS platforms and integrated systems.
• Architect scalable E2E testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Translate business and functional requirements into architecture and test design artifacts.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to align architecture, testing, and delivery.
• Select and implement appropriate testing tools, including low-code/no-code platforms and automation suites.
• Establish test data management, environment strategy, and defect triage processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA practices, including shift-left testing and CI/CD integration.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA engineers and solution developers.
• Ensure architectural integrity, performance, and security across QA and system design efforts.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing or configuring systems and/or applications.
• 7+ years of experience in QA architecture, test strategy, or automation leadership.
• Strong experience in E2E testing across OSS/BSS systems.
• Proven ability to design and implement enterprise‑grade QA frameworks.
• Deep understanding of software engineering, architecture, and multi‑platform system design.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., ALM, Jira, TestRail) and automation platforms (e.g., Selenium, TOSCA, Postman).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Exposure to cloud‑native architectures, microservices, and API testing.
• Prior experience leading cross‑functional QA and architecture initiatives.
