• Ability to interpret requirements and allocate safety considerations across hardware, software, and test teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement MIL STD 882E compliant system safety programs.
• Perform system safety planning, hazard analyses, and design analyses.
• Coordinate with customer safety representatives and program management.
• Prepare internal and customer reports on analyses and safety findings.
• Interface with Systems, Software, Electrical, and Hardware engineering teams.
• Lead System Safety Working Group(s) with client and customer representatives.
