Job summary

Jobtailor in Alabama is seeking a Production Support professional to monitor, maintain, and support systems to ensure stability and compliance with technology standards.

You will handle incident detection and resolution, perform root-cause analysis, and lead governance while sharing knowledge with junior staff. The role relies on Dynatrace, Logscale, and SQL/ETL to ensure continuous availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Production Support and related documentation.
• Operating systems upgrade for Linux and Windows servers.
• Dynatrace / Logscale.
• Jira/Confluence, Service Now, SQL/ETL – (SQL server installation and queries) (ETL - would require ability to code if necessary, triage and detect errors/troubleshooting).
• University / college degree or comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
