Job summary

PJM Interconnection, LLC is seeking a Senior Lead System Operator Trainer in a hybrid role based in Audubon, PA. You will design curricula, deliver programs, and lead the continuing cycle training, OTS scenario development, and staff oversight to improve operator readiness.

The position emphasizes new training technologies, asynchronous delivery, collaboration with dispatch leadership, and maintaining compliance with NERC standards and industry groups.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills for training delivery.
• Experience developing curricula aligned with industry standards.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead complex training projects.
• Knowledge of PJM system operations and market rules.

Responsibilities

• Develops Training curricula and content reflecting new markets and tools.
• Delivers classroom and online training for PJM system operators.
• Leads continuing cycle training and OTS scenario development.
• Mentors staff to work independently and perform complex duties.
• Coordinate scheduling and training procedures using the Systematic Approach to Training.
