Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a Systems Administrator to support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. You will manage server/storage/network devices and mobile devices, providing Tier 1/2 support and escalating as needed.

Responsibilities include configuring virtual/storage environments (Linux/UNIX/Windows), OS installations, and monitoring with HP OneView/SiteScope, plus collaboration in Atlassian, GitHub, and ServiceNow environments.

Qualifications

• 15 years of system/network administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 issue identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Support escalation and status communication to management and customers.
• Configure and manage virtual and storage environments; Linux/UNIX/Windows.
• Install, load, and troubleshoot OS software; configure components.
• Implement OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• Utilize monitoring tools: HP OneView, SiteScope.
• Work with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) and GitHub; ServiceNow.
