Job summary

RTX's Raytheon unit in Marlborough, MA seeks a Test Architect - System Integrator to lead system integration and testing for DoD programs. The role focuses on end-to-end testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting within a multidisciplinary engineering team.

You will drive test strategy, coordinate with program leads, and ensure test artifacts and configurations are controlled. Onsite work with US travel expectations is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with many years of relevant experience.
• Experience with systems integration, test procedures and data analysis.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux/Unix environments, and shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Devise and enforce end-to-end test strategy for DoD programs.
• Lead integration and test planning, execution, and regression testing.
• Develop documentation to support test activities and resolve inquiries.
• Collaborate with leaders to generate test approaches and ensure readiness.
