Job summary

RTX is seeking an Integration and Test Lead for Patriot Missile programs, onsite at our Andover, MA facility. You will define integration strategies, plan requirements sell-offs, lead test execution, and analyze data for system verification in hardware-in-the-loop facilities and during ground and flight tests.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in STEM, 8+ years of engineering experience, and the ability to travel up to 10%; U.S. citizenship and interim secret clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and 8+ engineering years of experience.
• Experience with missile sub-assembly integration and test.
• Ability to obtain interim secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee missile integration engineers and plan integration of missile sub-assemblies.
• Support complex integration and test events and develop test beds for system-level tests.
• Coordinate resources and execution of events across test facilities.
• Write and review integration and verification docs (test plans, procedures, cases, reports).
• Analyze test data to identify and resolve system performance issues.
• Summarize data analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and manufacturing to drive performance and resolve issues.
• Travel up to 10% to RTX facilities, test sites and customer locations; onsite in Andover, MA.
