Job summary

Camgian is seeking a Lead Integration & System Test Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama to ensure system-level integration readiness for complex software and hardware systems. The successful candidate will own system integration, mentor fellow engineers, and optimize integration practices across the organization.

Responsibilities include defining integration test strategies, conducting Test Readiness Reviews, and ensuring traceability of requirements. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience in systems integration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in systems integration and testing of complex mission-critical systems.
• Experience leading integration or system test efforts for complex, distributed systems.
• United States Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Own system-level integration assurance and test readiness prior to formal QA validation.
• Define integration test strategies and develop test plans aligned with system requirements.
• Conduct formal Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs).
