Job summary

SoTalent is seeking an experienced engineer to oversee system integration and performance verification for precision hardware. You will develop test plans and documentation, lead troubleshooting with diverse engineering teams, and coordinate performance modeling and design reviews.

The role requires a strong background in requirements derivation, traceability, and working in a fast-paced environment focused on national security.

Qualifications

Must have US citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Bachelor degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
9 years with Bachelor, 7 years with Master, or 4 years with PhD minimum.
Hands-on experience with precision assembly and hardware testing.
Strong background in requirements derivation and traceability.
Fast-paced environment with emphasis on national security.

Responsibilities

Oversee system integration and performance verification activities.
Develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and documentation for precision hardware.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for system level failures alongside diverse engineering teams.
Coordinate system performance modeling and architectural design.
Develop Concepts of Operations and present technical materials during design reviews.
Maintain detailed system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
Support offsite testing events as required.
