SoTalent is seeking an experienced engineer to oversee system integration and performance verification for precision hardware. You will develop test plans and documentation, lead troubleshooting with diverse engineering teams, and coordinate performance modeling and design reviews.

Oversee system integration and performance verification activities.
Develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and documentation for precision hardware.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for system level failures alongside diverse engineering teams.
Coordinate system performance modeling and architectural design.
Develop Concepts of Operations and present technical materials during design reviews.
Maintain detailed system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
Support offsite testing events as required.
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
Minimum of 9 years experience with a Bachelor degree, 7 years with a Master degree, or 4 years with a PhD.
Extensive hands-on experience with precision assembly and hardware testing.
Strong background in requirements derivation and traceability.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on national security.
Familiarity with Jama for requirements and test management.
Proficiency in scripting for data analysis and test automation.
Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
Knowledge of industry standards such as MIL-STD, ISO, or ASME.
The salary range for this position is 120,000 to 165,000 per year, depending on experience and education.
