Job summary

SoTalent is seeking an experienced engineer to oversee system integration and performance verification for precision hardware. You will develop test plans and documentation, lead troubleshooting with diverse engineering teams, and coordinate performance modeling and design reviews.

The role requires a strong background in requirements derivation, traceability, and working in a fast-paced environment focused on national security.

Qualifications

  • Must have US citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
  • 9 years with Bachelor, 7 years with Master, or 4 years with PhD minimum.
  • Hands-on experience with precision assembly and hardware testing.
  • Strong background in requirements derivation and traceability.
  • Fast-paced environment with emphasis on national security.

Extensive hands-on experience with precision assembly and hardware testing.


Strong background in requirements derivation and traceability.


Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on national security.


Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Jama for requirements and test management.


Proficiency in scripting for data analysis and test automation.


Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.


Knowledge of industry standards such as MIL-STD, ISO, or ASME.


Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is 120,000 to 165,000 per year, depending on experience and education.
